Before we talk

Clear answers before you join.

The questions restaurant owners actually ask, answered the way we would answer them on the phone.

What is Storegram Early Access?

Early Access gives a small number of restaurants in Lithuania 60 days to use the full Storegram product with real customers and real orders. We help with setup and work closely with participating restaurants throughout the period.

How much does Early Access cost?

There is no Storegram software charge during the 60-day Early Access period. Your payment provider's own processing fees still apply.

What do you expect from an Early Access restaurant?

Real use. Put Storegram in front of your customers, share the link or QR code, take actual orders and tell us where the product helps or gets in the way. This is not a limited demo, and it only tells us something if your real guests use it.

What happens after 60 days?

Before Early Access ends, we review the results together and discuss continued use.

Do my customers have to install anything?

No. The storefront opens inside Telegram, which they already have. No download, no registration, no password — they tap the button in the chat and the menu is there.

Can customers pay on collection?

Yes. Restaurants can offer online payment, payment on collection, or both. If a courier delivers, they mark the payment as received.

Which online payment providers do you support?

Stripe and SumUp Hosted Checkout today. The restaurant connects its own payment provider account, and one provider is active at a time. For online payments, the order is created only after the provider confirms the payment — even if the guest closes the payment window.

Do you support delivery?

Yes. You can enable delivery, set a delivery fee and optionally set an order value above which delivery is free. Storegram does not currently provide delivery zones, maps or live courier tracking.

Can I actually message my customers?

Only the ones who explicitly agreed, and they can stop it in one tap — from the cart, from the button under any message, or from their order history. Order notifications are separate from marketing consent, so unsubscribing from offers never leaves a guest wondering where their food is. You remain responsible for your own privacy notice and legal basis.

Does this replace Wolt or Bolt Food?

Not for everyone, and we will not pretend otherwise. Marketplaces are genuinely good at putting you in front of people who have never heard of you. Storegram is the channel you own alongside them — for the guests who already know your name, where you keep the margin and the relationship.

What happens when we are closed?

You set the hours you accept orders — per weekday, with a break and a cutoff before closing so the kitchen can finish the last one. Outside those hours the menu still opens and the cart still fills; only checkout is closed. Guests can ask to be told when you open, and the bot messages them with their cart waiting.

Do my customers have to use Telegram?

Yes — Telegram is the channel the ordering experience runs in, and that is the honest trade. It works because your guests almost certainly have it already and are signed in; it does not work for an audience that doesn't. Worth checking against your own guests before you commit, and we will say so on the call rather than after.

Do I need a developer?

No. Products, categories, photos, languages, your logo and theme, payments and hours are all edited from the manager panel, and the panel is a Telegram app on your phone. We do the initial setup with you.

What kind of menu does Storegram suit today?

Storegram works best today for straightforward takeaway menus such as wok and bowls, sushi sets, coffee to go, bakeries and similar fast-moving concepts.

Per-item options — sizes, extras and sauces — are supported. Options live in groups you reuse across dishes; a group can require a choice, cap how many are allowed, and include a number of picks in the price.

Which languages does the storefront speak?

English, Lithuanian, Latvian and Russian. Guests see the storefront in the language their phone is set to, from the ones you switch on.

Your product and category names, your campaign texts and your bot's address-and-hours message are each written per language — Storegram does not translate them for you. Your manager panel can be in a different language from the storefront.

How long does it take to launch?

The setup itself is short — a bot, your payment provider keys, your branding. The honest answer is that loading the menu takes the longest, because today it is done item by item. We do that part with you at the start of Early Access.
